AntiHold Terms of Service — The deal — in plain English.

What you're agreeing to
By using AntiHold, you authorize us to place outbound calls to US businesses you specify, on your behalf, and to charge a monthly subscription via the App Store.
What it costs
- Basic — $9.99/mo: 165 minutes of hold time per month, one call at a time.
- Pro — $14.99/mo: 255 minutes per month, priority call queue, up to 2 calls at the same time.
- Business — $24.99/mo: 450 minutes per month, unlimited concurrent calls, flexible routing, premium support.
- All plans include unlimited calls. Minutes count only when our bot is actively waiting on hold.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Apple App Store, subject to Apple's standard 15% commission and refund policy.
Use it or lose it
Each plan grants a monthly bucket of hold-minutes that resets at the start of every billing cycle. Unused minutes do not roll over. This is part of how we keep the price low and the math sustainable — if you need more minutes regularly, the Pro or Business plan is the right fit.
Overdraft protection
If a call exceeds your remaining monthly minutes mid-hold, we won't hang up on you. You're allowed a pre-defined overdraft buffer (30–45 minutes) that gets deducted from the following month's bucket. Alternatively, you can purchase a one-time top-up minute pack via the App Store.
What we promise
- We'll dial within 2 minutes of your request.
- We'll text you the moment a real human is on the line.
- If we can't reach a human within 60 minutes of holding, we hang up — and no minutes from that attempt are billed.
- We won't record your calls.
What you promise
- The numbers you give us belong to US businesses.
- You're not asking us to call individuals, family, or for sales/harassment purposes.
- You're 18+ years old.
- You'll keep an active subscription with valid payment via the App Store.
Refunds & minute credits
If a call failed on our end — agent didn't actually pick up, line was wrong, anything — email hi@antihold.com within 7 days and we'll credit those minutes back to your monthly bucket. Subscription refunds (for the monthly charge itself) are handled by Apple via the App Store.
Things we can't do
- Speak on your behalf (we just hold the line).
- Negotiate, dispute, or impersonate you.
- Call non-US numbers.
- Bypass IVR security questions specific to your account (you'll handle those when you're connected).
Liability
We do our best, but we're not legally responsible for what happens during your conversation with the human agent. You speak — we just open the door.
Termination
You can stop using AntiHold anytime. Email hi@antihold.com to close your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by US law. Disputes go to arbitration first, court second.
