AntiHold Privacy in plain English. — how we handle your phone number and call data.
We've tried to write this like humans, not lawyers. Last updated May 8, 2026.
What we collect
- Your phone number (so we can text you back).
- The company name + the callback number you give us.
- Optional: a short note about why you're calling.
- Basic billing info via our payment processor (Stripe), nothing else.
What we DON'T collect
- Audio recordings of your call. None. Ever.
- Your conversation with the human agent. We hand off and disconnect.
- Your contacts, location, microphone, or camera.
- Marketing data — we don't have a profile of you.
Who sees your data
AntiHold (us), Stripe (payment processing), Twilio/AT&T (the underlying telecom carrier — needed to place calls). That's it.
How long we keep it
| Data type | How long |
|---|---|
| Phone number | Until you delete the account |
| Call logs (timestamps, company, duration) | 90 days for support |
| Audio | Never kept |
Your rights
- Email hi@antihold.com to delete your data anytime.
- Request a copy of what we have.
- Opt out of marketing (we don't do marketing emails by default).
TCPA compliance
AntiHold complies with the TCPA. We only call businesses on your explicit instruction. We never call individuals on your behalf, and never make sales/marketing calls. By using AntiHold you authorize us to place a single outbound call to the business you specify, on your behalf.
Changes
We'll email you 30 days before any material change. We won't make sneaky changes.
